Stonetop, its setting, and its trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Nothing here claims ownership of Stonetop or any related intellectual property. Sled Dog is a companion tool — you'll need your own copy of Stonetop to play.

Licensed content

Stonetop-derived rules content used in this tool is used and adapted under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 (CC BY-SA 4.0). Portions of this project are built with AI assistance.

Supporter plans

Sled Dog is free to use for one active party, and players can join unlimited parties for free. A Supporter plan unlocks unlimited parties and any supporter-only features noted at purchase.

• Annual supporter — a yearly subscription that renews until you cancel. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Founding Supporter — a one-time payment granting supporter access for as long as Sled Dog operates as a hosted service. It is not a guarantee that the service will run for any particular length of time (see below).

Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record; their terms and refund policies apply in addition to these.

Refunds

We refund any purchase within 60 days, on request and for any reason. To ask for one, get in touch and choose “Billing”.

• Annual supporter — refunded in full; supporter access ends when the refund is issued. If you only want to stop the subscription renewing, cancel it yourself in the customer portal and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Founding Supporter — refunded in full; supporter access ends. You may keep any files you have already downloaded.
• Content packs — refunded in full; access to that pack ends.
• Tips — refunded in full. A refunded tip stops counting toward the tip total that grants supporter access, and if your remaining total falls below the threshold, that access ends.

This applies if we discontinue the service too. If we announce that we are shutting Sled Dog down and your purchase was within the 60 days before that announcement, you can ask for a refund in the normal way. Beyond that window a Founding Supporter purchase is not refunded on discontinuation — it buys the service for as long as it runs, and we give at least 60 days’ notice before stopping.

After 60 days we consider refunds case by case. Polar may also issue a refund independently of us under its own policy.

Tips

Sled Dog accepts optional tips. A tip is voluntary and is not a subscription — you never need to tip to keep using anything you already have.

• Tips are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, as a purchase — not a charitable donation. Pup Pup Games is not a registered charity and tips are not tax-deductible.
• Tips add up. Once your tips total $35, we grant you supporter access — unlimited parties, for as long as Sled Dog operates as a hosted service. The amount required is the one shown on the support page at the time you tip; we may change it for future tips, but we will not take back access you have already earned.
• Tip-earned access is not the Founding Supporter tier: it does not include the Founding Supporter bundle or label.
• Tips can be refunded within 60 days like any other purchase — see Refunds above. A refunded tip stops counting toward the total above, and if your remaining total falls below the threshold, the access it earned ends.
• Only tips made while signed in to Sled Dog can be credited to your account. A tip sent through Ko-fi or any other platform is a gift to Pup Pup Games, gratefully received, but we have no way to connect it to your account and it does not count toward supporter access.

Content packs

Some Pup Pup Games content is sold as a pack — a one-time purchase that unlocks that pack's content in Sled Dog for your account.

• A pack purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use that content at your own tables, in Sled Dog and in any downloadable file included with the pack. It does not transfer ownership of the content, and it does not permit redistributing or reselling it.
• Supporter access does not include packs, and buying a pack does not make you a supporter. They are separate products, deliberately — a pack is a specific bundle, supporter access is unlimited parties.
• Packs are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, and their refund policy applies. If a pack purchase is refunded, access to that pack ends.
• Because a pack is delivered immediately on purchase, where you have a statutory right to cancel digital content you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right is lost once delivery begins. Nothing here removes a right that applies to you regardless — see Your consumer rights below.
• Packs you have bought stay available to you for as long as Sled Dog operates as a hosted service. If we permanently discontinue it, we will make the content of the packs you bought available to download during the notice period described below, so what you paid for does not simply vanish with the service.

Discontinuing the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Sled Dog, in whole or in part, at any time. If we permanently discontinue the hosted service, we will:

• give at least 60 days' notice by email and in-app;
• provide a copy of your data on request throughout the notice period, so you can keep your parties, characters, and steading; and
• release the Sled Dog application source code under an open-source license, so you or anyone can run your own instance and keep using it.

Founding Supporter is a one-time payment for a service we may discontinue as above: beyond the 60-day refund window it is not refunded on discontinuation, and annual subscriptions are not refunded beyond the current paid period. The same applies to tips and to supporter access earned through them. Purchases still inside their 60 days are refundable as normal — see Refunds above; a wind-down does not suspend that window. Nothing here limits a refund required by applicable law or by our payment processor's policies.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country or state. Where those laws grant you rights that conflict with anything above, those laws prevail.

Data portability

You can get your data out at any time — not only at wind-down. Sign in and use Account settings to download everything in your account as a single file, or to delete your account and the content you own. Deleting is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you would rather not do it yourself, or you can no longer sign in, ask through our contact form and we will do it for you.

If you run a party with other people in it, deleting your account does not delete their characters. You choose whether to hand the party to another member or leave it for them to take over; either way their content stays theirs.

No warranty

Sled Dog is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep your campaigns safe and the app working, but we can't guarantee it will be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Keep your own notes for anything you can't afford to lose.

Trademarks & references

Any other systems, settings, or trademarks referenced anywhere in the app remain the property of their respective owners, and any such support is unofficial unless stated otherwise.
